No tickets were sold on the old Networker site. Listings were for discovery. On The Networker UK you can keep free listings or turn on paid delegate tickets with Stripe Connect — you receive the full ticket price you set.
Which event type should I use?
- Conference — summits, one-day or multi-day business conferences, delegate events
- Exhibition — trade shows, expos, showcase events
- Awards — awards dinners and ceremonies (sit-down events — turn on dietary requirements at checkout)
- Events — other larger formats that don’t fit the categories above
- Meeting — breakfast networking and regular member meetings (see getting started)

Claim or create your organiser page
Sign in to the organiser dashboard. If your group or exhibition brand is already listed, confirm the claim prompt when it appears. Otherwise create an organiser page with your logo, description, and contact email.

Start a new listing
From the dashboard choose + Add new → Event. Pick your organiser page, then set format (in person or online), venue, and dates.
For a multi-day conference, select multiple dates on the calendar — the same times and venue apply to each day. For different venues or schedules, create separate listings.

Choose Conference or Exhibition
On the event details step, set Event type to Conference or Exhibition so attendees can filter you on Browse events.

Set up tickets (free or paid)
Add ticket tiers — for example:
- Early bird / Standard / VIP delegate passes
- Exhibitor pass and Visitor (name tiers clearly; booth sales stay off-platform for now)
- Free registration — set price to £0 if you only need a listing and RSVP headcount
Set capacity per tier and optional sale end dates for early bird windows. Turn on dietary requirements for sit-down awards or gala dinners.
For repeat annual events, enable Previous Attendees on the tickets step to invite last year’s attendees to an exclusive returning delegate rate.
Paid tickets require Connect Stripe under Revenue. Attendees pay your ticket price plus The Networker UK booking fee (4.5% + 20p per ticket); you keep the full ticket price.

Publish and promote
Publish when details, tickets, VAT (if applicable), and refund policy are complete. Optional: Premium Spotlight after publish for extra visibility on the browse page.
