Organiser guide

Claim your organiser page

Many UK networking groups already have a page on The Networker UK. Find yours, verify ownership, and take control of your public profile.

Already listed on the old Networker site? Your group may already appear in the organiser directory. Claiming connects your account to that page so you can list events and manage bookings.

Claim your page →

  1. Find your group in the directory

Open Browse organisers and search for your group name or city. If you ran events on the legacy Networker platform, your page may already exist with past listings attached.

Not listed yet? Skip to List an event to create a new organiser page from scratch.

  2. Sign in with the right email

Sign in or create an account using the email address linked to your group. When it matches, a claim prompt appears automatically on your organiser dashboard.

Email changed? Open Browse organisers, find your group, and use Request access on its profile page — we’ll verify you and send a claim link.

  3. Confirm the claim

When a match is found, a claim prompt appears on Overview in the organiser dashboard. Review the existing profile details and confirm you represent this networking group.

No claim prompt after sign-in? Your email may not match our records — use Request access on your group’s public profile, or email hello@thenetworkeruk.com with your group name and current contact email.

  4. Update your public profile

Refresh your organiser page with an up-to-date logo, description, contact email, and social links. Set your guest visit limit if you use the guest visit programme for trial attendees.

  5. List your next event

From My events, choose List event. Hubert walks you through format, tickets, and publish. For paid tickets, connect Stripe under the Revenue tab before you publish.
