Compare tabs above for reach, pricing and examples. Most packages offer monthly billing or prepaid 1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months. City Sponsor checkout lives on the Events tab when cities are open.

2. Reserve your place

Pay online for City Sponsor (pick monthly, 6 months or yearly), or send an enquiry to hold Headline Sponsor or Page Partner dates and your preferred term. Sponsored cities remain waitlist-only until the current partner’s term ends.

3. Share your creative

Send logo, destination URL and optional copy. We confirm your go-live date — usually within a few working days.

Where each package appears

City Sponsor — regional city pages only (website, not emails). Headline Sponsor — top of the directory page plus every email in that section. Page Partner — up to three logos on detail pages plus selected emails. Featured Boost — self-promotion pinned to the top of browse results.

What is the minimum term?

Most packages can run monthly (cancel any time) or as a prepaid 1, 3, 6 or 12 month term — prepaid 3 months saves 5%, 6 months saves 10%, and yearly saves 15%. City and County Sponsor are monthly, 6 months (10% off), or yearly (15% off). Directory Listing requires a three-month minimum. City Sponsor checkout lets you pick the term before you pay.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Choose the yearly (12 month) prepaid option for City Sponsor at checkout, or select Yearly on the enquiry form for Headline Sponsor, Page Partner, and other packages. Yearly prepaid saves 15% versus paying month by month.

How quickly can my placement go live?

City Sponsor usually goes live within a few working days once payment is confirmed and we have your logo and link. Headline Sponsor and Page Partner dates are held on enquiry — send creative and we typically publish within 3–5 working days after approval.

What creative do you need from me?

Logo (PNG or SVG) and destination URL. Headline Sponsor also needs a one-line message for email headers. Browse heroes, opportunity sidebar, Mini Sponsors, and City/County Sponsor placements are logo + link only (no separate CTA button). We review everything before anything goes live.

Can I sponsor more than one section?

Yes — many partners combine City Sponsor with a Page Partner or Headline package. Mention the sections you are interested in when you enquire and we will suggest the best mix.

Can I pause or cancel?

City Sponsor can be a monthly subscription (cancel any time in Stripe after the current billing period) or prepaid for 6 or 12 months. Headline Sponsor and Page Partner can also run monthly or as a prepaid 1, 3, 6 or 12 month term when you enquire.
