Networking-first tools. Visit tracking shows whether someone is on their 1st visit, 2nd visit, or a returning member — so you can welcome guests differently from regulars.
-
Open the attendee list
Sign in to the organiser dashboard and go to Events → Attendees. Pick a networking group and event, or view all upcoming registrations across your account.
-
See visit counts
Each attendee shows their visit count — for example 1st visit, 2 visits, or returning member. Use the filters to show only new or returning attendees before an event.
Visit counts update automatically when someone books through your organiser page, so you can spot guests who still have complimentary visits left.
-
Download attendees CSV
Apply filters if needed, then click Download attendees CSV. The export includes names, companies, ticket types, visit counts, and dietary requirements where collected at checkout.
-
Print name badges
From the same screen, export printable name badges (PDF for standard A4 sticker sheets). Badges use each guest’s name, company, and job title from their account when set — ask attendees to complete their profile before the meeting.
-
Set up the guest visit programme
On the event tickets step, tick Enable guest visit programme to offer 1–2 complimentary trial visits before paid member tickets. Set the visit limit on your organiser page.
For member-only dates, tick Disallow guest passes while keeping paid tickets available. New attendees use free visits first; paid member tickets unlock afterwards.
