These terms apply when The Networker Group Ltd (“we”, “us”) approves you as a referral partner and you promote our paid products using a partner code or link. They are not legal or tax advice.
1. Independent referrer
You act as an independent referrer only. You are not our employee, agent, or representative and cannot bind us, agree discounts, or make promises on our behalf unless we confirm in writing.
2. What earns commission
Commission applies to eligible paid products we designate (currently business opportunity listings, featured boosts, and advertising / sponsorship on thenetworkeruk.com), when:
- the customer pays successfully;
- attribution is via your link, code, or a manual intro we confirm; and
- where required, listings pass our review and moderation.
3. Commission rules
- Rate: 20% of the net sale amount excluding VAT, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Recurring: first three successful paid months only.
- Prepaid packages: 20% of that invoice once.
- One-offs: 20% once.
- Cookie / attribution window: 30 days from a valid referral link or code, unless we agree a manual attribution.
- Hold: 14 days after customer payment before commission is eligible (refund / chargeback buffer).
- Payout: monthly on the first working day, minimum £25 (smaller balances carry forward).
- Clawbacks: refunds and chargebacks may create negative commission lines.
4. Your conduct
- Use official prices and materials from your partner hub; do not promise unauthorised discounts or inventory.
- Disclose that you are a partner when asked or where required by law or platform rules.
- No spam, bought lists, misleading claims, or promotion of listings that cannot pass moderation.
- Use our logos and badges only as provided — do not alter colours, stretch, or add effects.
5. Data & privacy
You must comply with UK data protection law when handling personal data. Do not share customer details with us except through our official enquiry or checkout flows unless the person has consented.
6. Tax & invoicing
You are responsible for your own tax affairs. We may ask for bank details and invoicing information before payout. VAT treatment depends on your status — confirm with your accountant.
7. Suspension & changes
We may suspend or end your partner status for breach of these terms or our site policies. We may update commission rules or these terms; we will publish a new version date. Continued use of your code after notice may require re-acceptance.
